A Nerd who loves LAN Partys

Hello 👋, I’m Gamienator also known as Stephan Schaffner.

My interests for LAN Partys started already early, but since I’m born late I was never able to attend LAN Partys at the golden 2000ish era. After turning 16 years old I was finally able to attend public LAN Partys and everything began after that. So then it began that I started to learn everything IT related and began with hosting of Counter-Strike Servers for my Clan. That this will lead me into the IT wolrd was not excpeted by myself.

Visiting LANs wasn’t the only thing I wanted, hosting them was also a big wish for me. After joining at a LAN Party Team of a smaller LAN in my region 2013 I was able to test myself with networking, serverhosting etc. which leades me into the professional IT world. But hosting a LAN with 50 - 60 guests wasn’t all I wanted to do and then joined 2021 the Team of NorthCon, a LAN-Party with a capacity of more then 1300 guests.

Now I’m owning this domain and the opportunity the make a great place for everyone who is interested in LAN Partys. Lets see what the future brings 😁
